Our journey began in the 1970s when my father, Mr. Laxmi Narayan Mitra, started a small watch-stall-type shop in the famous Ghanta Ghar Market, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. At that time, Ghanta Ghar was one of the busiest and most vibrant marketplaces in the city.

With hard work, honesty, and an unwavering commitment to serving customers, he built a loyal customer base and established a strong foundation for the business. He believed that watches were more than just timekeeping devices—they represented trust, reliability, and an essential part of everyday life.

As the business grew, I, Mr. Joginder Mitra, gradually joined him and began learning every aspect of the trade under his guidance. While respecting the values and principles on which he built the business, I also had a vision to expand and modernize it according to changing market demands. Together, we worked towards growing the business, introducing new product categories, improving customer experience, and eventually moving from a small stall to a larger shop in the same market.

Over the years, our dedication and commitment earned us a respected name not only in Ghaziabad but across the district. Since 2009, I have independently taken responsibility for the business, determined to fulfill the dreams we had envisioned together. In 2018, we transformed our business into a modern showroom in the same Ghanta Ghar market, partnering with leading watch brands and receiving industry appreciation.

Today, our business stands as a testament to my father’s vision, our family’s perseverance, and our unwavering commitment to quality, trust, and customer satisfaction.
